What this website collects

The MOYO prelaunch website collects information that visitors choose to submit through the launch-list, professional-interest and product-research survey forms. This may include names, email addresses, location, professional information, interests and survey answers.

Product-research survey

Survey responses are used to understand what prospective users want from MOYO and to guide product planning. The survey does not request diagnoses, insurance numbers or medical records. Sensitive demographic and open-response questions are optional or include “Prefer not to answer.” Research participation and permission to receive marketing emails are separate choices.

Email updates

MOYO sends launch or beta updates only to people who actively consent. Recipients may unsubscribe at any time. The exact unsubscribe process and email-service provider must be added before campaign emails begin.

Analytics

MOYO records limited conversion events such as a completed signup, completed survey or contribution-checkout start. Health answers and personal form contents are not sent to analytics.

Storage and access

Submitted information is stored in the website’s private database and may be accessed by authorized MOYO administrators. Final retention periods, deletion-request procedures, service providers and a privacy contact address still require approval before this notice is finalized.

Medical information

This prelaunch website is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice. The current forms are not intended for protected medical records or emergency requests.

Still needed: legal business name and mailing address, privacy contact email, retention schedule, deletion process, email provider, payment provider disclosures, age policy, state-law notices and final app data practices.
