Founding 100 eligibility

A verified contribution of at least $100 qualifies the supporter for Founding 100 recognition, subject to these terms. Contributions below $100 support MOYO but do not qualify for Founding 100 recognition.

Recognition

Eligible supporters may be recognized as part of MOYO’s Founding 100 and may receive early progress updates and feedback opportunities. Supporters may choose to remain anonymous. Recognition is honorary and does not grant ownership, control or employment.

Not an investment

A contribution is not an investment, purchase of securities, loan or promise of equity, profit, repayment or financial return. MOYO does not represent contributions as tax-deductible.

Use of funds

Contributions are intended to support development, beta testing and launch preparation. MOYO has not approved or published percentage allocations.

Payments, refunds and fulfillment

Payment processing, refund rules, chargebacks, receipt delivery and any physical recognition items must be finalized before checkout is activated. A supporter count or amount raised will be displayed only from verified payment records.

Still needed before payment launch: Square link and account, legal payee name, refund policy, receipt/contact process, recognition-display consent, anonymous-selection method, any benefit fulfillment details and final legal review.
